You know you’re at a special wedding when you see snowballs flying through the air. That was how it went down when Amanda and David said “OhyesIsuredo” in an idyllic wintry setting that was slick like ice and warm like a fireplace. These betrothed invited friends and family, little ones included, to join them for an outstanding affair that perfectly blends the trends toward classic style and personal flair. Plus, Amanda gets to wear a stunning little stole. Love!

Ah, lucky are the betrothed who can weather whatever life has in store for them. In this case, Cassandra and Michael are the celebrated duo and their ceremony and reception could not have been more beautiful. Outside, the brilliantly fresh snowfall created a blanket of ice perfect for a timeless photograph, while inside the warmth of candlelight bounced off knotty pine and oak and the beautiful bride nearly floated down the aisle like a snowflake in the breeze.

I think winter weddings can be among the most glamorous and magical of all, and some really charming touches throughout this delightful affair must have wowed the guests, wedding party, bride and groom, alike.

Wed under a gorgeous hand-crafted trellis of branches against a jaw-dropping background of leaves turning crazy colors in fall, Caroline and John celebrated in a style that’s so incredible.. I’d do everything the same as them!

Wondering if you can mix your funky nature-loving ways with a big side of grace and elegance AND have a party that rocks the world? Want to do all that (and more, of course) and keep the costs where you can handle them? Yes you do.

Getting married at home is a great way to save some precious $$ and celebrate your most special day in a place you feel completely comfortable. And if the home in question is a gracious farmhouse with beautiful grounds set amidst the green fields of South Carolina, what could be more perfect for a spring wedding?

Julia and Reed created a stunning outdoor wedding at the family farm using a neutral color palette with touches of pink and lots of pretty little details, which made the whole thing look super-polished and oh-so-elegant!

If you thought DIY-ing your wedding meant compromising on style, think again. This next vintage-inspired extravaganza is not only one of the prettiest, classiest weddings we’ve seen, it’s also remarkable in that it was put together almost entirely by the uber-talented couple and their wedding party. Isn’t that fantastic?!
