Check out the ‘I do’ details and you’ll see exactly what I mean…

Myrtle, Ohio was the location and it didn’t let them down! Sandy shores, blue skies and a rustic pier – what more could a bride possibly ask for? Angela and Bryan exchanged vows by the ocean then partied at the Prince Resort Hotel. It was an intimate affair with nearest and dearest.

The photographer was imaginative and took thoughtful shots that made full use of the gorgeous setting. Meanwhile, Angela used her smarts and swapped chairs and floral arrangements for personalised beach towels. She saved heaps and created an authentic ‘day at the beach’ effect.

Trash the dress! Nope, I’m not pulling your leg. Trashing the dress is a hot new wedding photography trend that’s all about getting down n dirty in your gown ! Here’s a close up of the beach towels. Liking the personalisation! Simple and pretty embroidery made them super special.

Turquoise was worked into every aspect of the day, from funky beach umbrellas to lovely little favors. Votives make fab and inexpensive favors. Angela’s were filled with blue gel and seashells – gorgeous!

The DIY detailing didn’t stop there. Angela made her programs by glueing card stock to popsicle sticks and tying them with ribbon.

Loving the bridesmaids dresses. They’ve got a really cool Art Deco look thanks to the pleated neckline.

Low key and lovely, Angela and Bryan’s big day had it all but didn’t send them spiralling into debt. Result!
